Welcome to Zucchiny Pet Network. The following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") regulate the relationship between Zucchiny, Corp. (D-U-N-S: 481018659; herein "Zucchiny", "we", "us") and persons accessing or using the Zucchiny Pet Network platform ("Platform") as visitors or registered users ("you", "user").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. You confirm that you are at least 15 years old, or if under 18, that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
1. The Platform
1.1 Zucchiny Pet Network is a platform that connects users for pet-related services and exchanges.
1.2 Browsing is available without registration. Active participation such as creating listings or contacting other users requires registration.
1.3 Certain features or listings may be subject to fees.
1.4 Zucchiny reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.
2. User Conduct
2.1 Users agree to use the Platform lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
2.2 Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide.
2.3 Users agree not to engage in conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or that violates the rights of others.
3. Content
3.1 Users retain ownership of content they post on the Platform.
3.2 By posting content, users grant Zucchiny a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, distribute, and promote the content in connection with the Platform.
3.3 Zucchiny may review, modify, remove, or adjust the visibility of any content at its discretion, without prior notice.
3.4 Users may not post unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content. Violation may result in account and/or content removal.
3.5 Zucchiny is not obligated to refund fees paid for listings or other content, including in cases where content is removed or accounts are suspended.
3.6 All content provided by Zucchiny is protected by copyright.
4. Liability
4.1 Zucchiny, Corp. will not become a contractual partner nor arbitrator should any arrangement be formed between users. In particular, Zucchiny, Corp. accepts no responsibility for damages or disputes arising from contacts made through the platform.
4.2 Zucchiny, Corp. accepts no responsibility to guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legitimacy of any listing, user generated content or arrangement made through the platform. Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations, verifying the suitability of other users, and maintaining appropriate insurance if applicable.
4.3 Zucchiny, Corp. does not guarantee the authenticity of users, accounts, conversations, or messages. All arrangements between users are made at their own risk.
4.4 Zucchiny, Corp. does not guarantee uninterrupted access, completeness, or reliability of the service.
5. Termination
5.1 Registered users may delete their account at any time.
5.2 Zucchiny may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion, without prior notice.
6. General Provisions
6.1 Zucchiny reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of changes in an appropriate manner.
6.2 Swiss law is applicable to the relationship between the user and Zucchiny, Corp.
6.3 For users residing in Switzerland, disputes may be brought at their place of residence.
